Results – „START – Women in IT“

First it was a bold idea, then a concept and in the last 20 weeks it has become a wonderful reality. 
„START – Women in IT“ – the effective lateral entry program for women in #ClientTechnicalSupport (CSG) at Dell Technologies.

From day one, the positive energy of our female participants was palpable.
Team building, training, coaching, in-company internship.
A really intense time of learning and growing is behind the women.
A group became a team and a team became friends and, of course, colleagues in Client Technical Support (CSG) at Dell Technologies.

And this is the most wonderful result of „START – Women in IT“:
Today we were able to sign an employment contract with Dell Technologies with all participants – the dreamed goal is now reality.

100% success rate in the lateral entry program,
100% takeover and employment contract rate –
we are the Apprenticeship and Study at Dell program from Dell Technologies.
