2021 – The faces of success.

Dell Technologies‘ apprenticeships, cooperative degree programs, and strong lateral entry offerings are making a stable and effective contribution to the supply of outstanding trained team members for Dell Technologies.

It is true that we had a pass and transfer rate to employment of 100% in the 2021 summer exams and the January 2022 graduates already have 100% of their employment contracts with Dell Technologies in their hands today.
No dropouts from apprenticeships or studies, fluctuation: 0%.

Today, however, I want to show you the most important aspect of our vocational training programs.

Look at the photo. Can you see the pride on their faces?

Behind every successful vocational or academic degree, behind every successful graduate of our IT lateral entry programs, behind every successful retraining degree, and behind every employment contract with Dell Technologies, there is a person for whom a dream has come true.
